Lasse’s extensive transaction and development experience includes single properties, property portfolios and property companies as well as the various structures involved, including forward transactions, forward funding transactions, joint ventures, development agreements, etc.

In addition, Lasse has in-depth knowledge of the hotel market and has represented well-recognised hotel operators and property owners in connection with the conclusion and negotiation of hotel contracts.

Lasse has also worked with real estate disputes and has the right to appear before the Danish High Court.
